For engagements where the scope of work cannot be fully determined upfront, we will provide an estimate and keep you informed throughout the engagement.
Should additional work arise outside the agreed scope, we will discuss this with you before proceeding, ensuring there are no unexpected costs.
Payment Options
We understand the importance of managing cashflow and offer a range of payment options to suit your needs.
Depending on the services provided, we can discuss a monthly payment arrangement aligned with your service proposal, providing greater certainty around your investment in our services.
Payment options include:

- Credit Card Payment
- FeeSmart – a flexible payment solution that allows you to spread the cost of your accounting and advisory services over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months through regular instalments.
Unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. For most compliance and accounting engagements, invoices are issued upon completion of the work. Depending on the nature and scope of the engagement, a deposit may be required before work commences.
